Allison is president and co-founder of BuyGreen.com, a one-stop online store for all things green and eco-friendly. She is passionate about green living, but practical and realistic in her approach.  Allison refers to herself as “granola on the inside” and says, “you don’t have to look like a tree-hugger to be one.”

She believes in the baby-step approach, adopting one new practice or product at a time. Making lifestyle changes doesn’t happen overnight, but rather occurs over time with good information and lots of encouragement. One of Allison’s greatest joys is helping people to incorporate eco-friendly practices into their lives, one action or one product at a time.

Allison is married to her college sweetheart and a mom to two kids and a pound puppy. She has a Bachelor’s Degree from Long Beach State and an MBA from Fullerton.

When she’s not working or filling the never-ending role of mom taxi, Allison enjoys camping with her family, reading, running and yoga.  She hopes to inspire other moms to make positive lifestyle changes and show them that going green is easy, affordable, and healthier for people and planet.
